Indian staff working on Kanpur-Delhi air service

A few days back, Union Aviation Minister Prafull Patel announced that Kanpur-Delhi air services would start from March next year.
Following the minister’s announcement, the officials started making necessary arrangements for the air service.
Earlier, the Air Deccan started services from the city but due to lesser number of passengers, the services had to be snapped.
According to a travel agent Sarik Alvi, the Delhi-Kanpur flight timings should be between 6.30 and 7 am. He said travel agents had suggested that the Delhi-Kanpur flight should reach the city this time.
As the international flight reached Delhi late in the night, it would be easy for passengers to board this flight instead of catching a train, he added.
Owing to this, the flight coming from Delhi would reach Kanpur early morning. It would fly back to Delhi at 8.30 am and reach the airport at 9:30 am, he added.
