"Instability may be one of them ... It is unfortunate that Jharkhand never had a majority government, which hampers policy decisions," BJP National General Secretary and former chief minister Arjun Munda told PTI.
He said that as there was no one party government in the state views of all political parties should be taken into account before taking a policy decision.
"But in a democracy we have to respect whatever mandate the people give," he said.
He also said that the Planning Commission and the Finance Commission had a different perspective of the state's requirements and should look at it from the state's point of view.
