International trade fairs in March, April

SMALL AND micro entrepreneurs from Indore would be able to learn about latest techniques of production and improvement in quality of products from international trade fairs in France, Hong Kong and Australia to be held in March and April.

The International Fair in France would be held from March 16 to 26, Asia Pacific Leather Fair in Hong Kong from March 28 to 30 and India Fair in Melbourne (Australia) from March 29 to April 1.

Small Industries Service Institute (SISI) deputy director R D Boseman said that participation in these fairs would help entrepreneurs to gain clients and educate them to face global competition.

Several industries and entrepreneurs have gained knowledge and orders from such fairs in the past, he added. Participating entrepreneurs would get special discount on airfare, transportation of their products and space in the exhibition.

Handicraft items, readymade garments, textile, jewellery and other products would also be included in the fairs. Those interested in participating in any of these fairs could contact SISI deputy director R D Boseman at 10, Pologround or call on numbers 0731-2421540/2421659.
