Intruder shot dead in Rajouri

An intruder was shot dead by the army in Pallanwan sector of Jammu, along the Line of Control (LoC) on early Monday morning. A defence spokesperson said troops deployed along the Lalyali forward belt noticed a suspicious movement of three people.

The troops asked them to stop but they started running towards the LoC. The troops fired on them in which one of the intruders was shot dead. The intruder was wearing a pathan suit and no arms or ammunition was seized from him.
