This will be her second visit to the national capital after coming to power following the April 13 Assembly polls.

Jayalalithaa had visited Delhi on June 13 when she met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and made a strong plea for special assistance for Tamil Nadu.

Soon after assuming power, she had charged the previous DMK regime with pushing the state into a "debt-trap."

The first budget of the two-month-old AIADMK government will be presented on August four by Finance Minister O Panneerselvam.

Jayalalithaa, who is scheduled to leave for Delhi by a special flight, is likely to be accompanied by the finance minister and other high ranking officials.
