Investigations threw up the names of Tikku Delhi, Lokesh Delhi, Bharat Delhi and Jupiter — all Delhi-based bookies along with Badri Rajasthan, Sanjay Jaipur, Noka, Kafu and Kothari, all based in Rajasthan, and Jiju from Bhavnagar in Gujarat.
