Kake not shutting down

Unlike previous reports, Kake da Dhaba is not shutting down. Read on for owners' clarification.

Here is a clarification from one of the owners: “The working of Kake Da Hotel (regd.) is divided among family members/partners as per the order of hon’ble Delhi High Court dated December 11, 1985.

As per the court order, the partners of Kake Da Hotel (regd.) have a right to run and manage the restaurant turn-wise, exclusively for six days each, every month during their respective turns.

One partner closed the restaurant during his turn, w.e.f., 13/07/2010 to 18/07/2010 without the consent and authority of other partners. The restaurant will function in usual manner, during the days of the turn of the other partners. The restaurant will open soon.
