Kalyan greeted on birthday
HUNDREDS OF BJP leaders and workers danced and wished a happy 73rd birthday to former Chief Minister Kalyan Singh at his Mall Avenue residence and the State BJP Office on Thursday. Kalyan Singh?s residence as well as the BJP office was tastefully decorated by enthusiastic party workers, who distributed sweets to one and all, while Kalyan Singh himself personally thanked each and everybody, offering them sweets etc. Some people who had gathered at the residence of the ?birthday boy? even danced to the tune of a band present there .

Kalyan Singh’s residence as well as the BJP office was tastefully decorated by enthusiastic party workers, who distributed sweets to one and all, while Kalyan Singh himself personally thanked each and everybody, offering them sweets etc.
Some people who had gathered at the residence of the ‘birthday boy’ even danced to the tune of a band present there, while others sang songs in praise of the former Chief Minister wishing him prosperity and a long life.
Praising his political acumen and his resolve not to compromise on principles under any circumstances, BJP leaders said the Kalyan Singh-led Government of 1991 was one of the best and most efficient governments that came to power since Independence, and people still remembered various welfare schemes launched during his regime.
