It's a restaurant that has held out on its own (it's reasonably full at meal-times), though it hasn't consciously courted the limelight. Known for its South Indian non-vegetarian specialities, notably Mutton Pepper Fry Chettinad, Nadan Kozhi Curry (a creamy chicken curry), Erachi Olathiyathu (cubes of lamb fried with coconut slices and curry leaves) and Meen Molee (fish curry cooked in fresh coconut milk). You can order a chicken or keema dosa, or stick with the more predictable potato masala filling. It's a South Indian restaurant that's clearly out to woo the North Indian palate.
Meal for Two: Rs 550
