Talking to reporters in Kottayam after winning the Puthupally assembly seat, Chandy accepted responsibility for the Congress-Led UDF's rout, but said there was no anti-government wave.
The front accepted the verdict of the people, he said.
Nobody can change the development agenda set for the state, he said and thanked the party workers, Kerala PCC President, Ramesh Chennithala and former Chief Minister AK Antony for their cooperation.
