KS Khokhar begins second innings at HAU

Dr Khokhar took over as the vice-chancellor of the university on June 10, 2009. His second term was due to begin from June 11, 2013, but it being a gazetted holiday, he filed his joining report on Monday, an official spokesperson said.

He will remain in position till July 15, 2016, when he attains the age of 68 years. He was given second term as V-C in a meeting of board of management (BoM) of the university held under the chairmanship of Haryana government chief secretary PK Chaudhary, in New Delhi, on May 10.
