Kumaraswamy will also meet Home Minister Shivraj Patil, his spokesperson said.

He denied reports that Manmohan Singh had spoken to Kumaraswamy on Wednesday about keeping details of the investigation under wraps.

Three young men originally from Bangalore - Kafeel Ahmed, an engineer, his doctor brother Sabeel Ahmed and their doctor cousin Mohammed Haneef - have been linked to the plot.

While Kafeel is battling for life in a Scottish hospital after suffering 90 per cent burns in his attempt to crash a blazing Jeep Cherokee into Glasgow airport on June 30, Sabeel is under detention in Liverpool and Haneef in Brisbane, Australia.
