This is a two-in-one restaurant that's quite popular with the diplomatic community – the ground floor is called Lazeez Affaire and it serves North Indian; the second has Chinese and Thai on the menu, and is called Snapper. Its décor has just been re-done, so it's smarter. The menu, too, is worth checking out – go for the Mongolian Steamboat or Lemon Coriander Soup, followed by the Snapper Fish and Thai Flat Noodles.
