Fans of superstar Madonna now have the opportunity to lay their hands on the tiara that she wore at her wedding to British director Guy Ritchie, for it is being auctioned on auction website eBay.
The money raised by the sale will be used to help victims of Hurricane Katrina that left hundreds dead and thousands homeless.
The ‘Hung Up’ singer has donated the impressive Edwardian jewellery, features 78 carats of diamonds and was provided by Asprey of London, at her 2000 nuptials at Skibo Castle in Scotland, to the Kazanjian Foundation Jewels For Charity Auction, reports Contactmusic.
And though the tiara, which can also be converted into a necklace, is worth 325,000 dollars, it has seen the opening amount drop to 225,000 dollars since there have been no takers for it as yet.
