Man found murdered in Faridabad, family protests against police
Body of a 22-year-old man was found in the Greater Wazirabad area in the early hours of Wednesday. He was later identified as one Desh Raj, a resident of Burena under the Bhupani police station. The body had injury marks. Prabhu Razdan reports.

As soon as the victim's family came to know about the incident, they started protesting against the police.
The police said Desh Raj had ventured out of his house on Tuesday night but didn't return. Since it was late night, nobody from his family went out to look for him.
However, as soon as they were informed about Raj's body being found in the Wazirpur area on Wednesday morning, the family started protesting.
The family of the victim named 12 people from the same village as accused.
They also claimed that there were injury marks on Raj's body which might have been inflicted with a sharp-edged weapon.
"We have registered a case of murder case against 12 persons named by the victim's family and have launched an investigation," said SHO Bhupani, Amit Kumar.
He added that the body of the victim has been handed over to his family after post-mortem examination.
