In an application, a lawyer Suman Sagar Bhalla pleaded before Judge-Incharge, District Court, Rohini, Satnam Singh to ensure mounting of the tricolour at the top of the court complex.

"It is a matter of surprise that there is no national flag on the top of the court building," he said, seeking direction to the concerned authority in this regard.

The court, however on its part, has asked the lawyer to dispatch the application to the Receipt and Information (R&I) branch, District and Session Judge.
