A mild tremor was experienced at Erattupetta town and neighbouring areas in Kottayam district of Kerala on Thursday morning.
The tremor, which was followed by a rumbling sound, occurred after 5.00 am, the residents said. It lasted for only a few seconds, according to one resident, Abdulkhader.
