Militant supporter arrested

A militant supporter of Jaish-e-Mohammad (JEM) outfit was arrested by security forces in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday, a police spokesman said.

The militant supporter identified as Ghulam Mohammad Thokar alias "Gulzar", a resident of Sheerbad village, was arrested by a joint party of police, Rashtriya Rifles and CRPF near grid station Bahoo in Pulwama district, the spokesman said.

A hand grenade, an AK magazine and 30 rounds of ammunition were recovered from his possession, he said.
