Singh, in a statement issued here, said the PIL filed by lawyer Prashant Bhushan was listed in the HC on Wednesday and that the court did not made any adverse order or comment against him.

"Ever since assembly elections were announced in the State in 2012 and I was asked to lead the election campaign by the Congress high command, Leader of the Opposition in Himachal Vidhan Sabha, PK Dhumal, his sons and associates have been personally targeting me with an ulterior political motive, firstly with an objective of stopping the Congress from forming the government and thereafter to destabilise the Congress government," Singh alleged.

Dhumal welcomed the opinion expressed by additional solicitor general Sanjay Jain and said the probe should have been expedited to bring the cases to their logical ends.
