The Moolchand in the name is a little misleading, because this all-night paranthewallah has his stall right outside the Vikram Hotel's main gate. Buzzing with energy even at 3 a.m., this is the place where you can go for your fill of aloo and gobhi paranthas (with or without a fried egg on top) after a night of partying hard, or just have a cup of refreshing tea for Rs 5. He's the darling of Delhi's partying set.
