Mumbai HC advocate allegedly commits suicide

A Bombay High Court advocate on Thursday allegedly committed suicide by jumping from the terrace of a seven-storeyed building in suburban Mulund, police said.

A Bombay High Court advocate on Thursday allegedly committed suicide by jumping from the terrace of a seven-storeyed building in suburban Mulund, police said.

“At around 1 pm, H Gala jumped from the terrace of the building where he resided. He died on the spot,” Assistant Commissioner of Police Uttam Chopne said.

The body has been sent for post-mortem, he said, adding that the reason behind the suicide is yet to be known.
