Speaking to reporters here, he said he would enter the district along with 10,000 Sene activists if the administration banned his entry.
Dakshina Kannada district authorities have been contemplating banning Muthalik's entry into the district in the wake of the attack.
The authorities had last week suspended proceedings to extern five Sene workers, including Ram sene Co-Convenor Prasad Attavar in connection with the pub attack following a court stay on the hearing.
Muthalik said the Sene's activities would be expanded to nine more states "in the wake of demands to establish more wings."
