Harbhajan and Sreesanth have confirmed to appear before Nanavati, a lawyer, on Friday after being summoned on May 4. The Ahmedabad-based lawyer has told reporters that he was "shocked" after seeing the video footage of the incident that took place after an Indian Premier League match between Mumbai and Mohali on April 25 at Mohali.
He had seen the footage at the BCCI headquarters in Mumbai with IPL Chairman and Commissioner Lalit Modi, Board Secretary Niranjan Shah and Joint Secretary MP Pandove.
Harbhajan has already been banned from rest of the IPL and also fined after he was found guilty of slapping Sreesanth by the IPL match referee Farokh Engineer.
