BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik is likely to be sworn-in as Chief Minister for a second term on Sunday.
Arrangements for the swearing-in ceremony are being made, BJD general secretary Narendra Kumar Swain said in Bhubaneshwar on Friday.
The BJD legislature party, which now has 61 members, is scheduled to meet in Bhubaneshwar on Saturday where Patnaik would be formally elected leader.
The 32-member BJP legislature party is also likely to meet on saturday afternoon after which a joint meeting of both the legislature parties would be held in the assembly premises.
BJP sources said that party general secretary, Pramod Mahajan would attend the meeting.
