Non-bailable arrest warrants have been issued for controversial Uttar Pradesh minister Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya, Samajwadi Party MP Akshay Pratap Singh and 25 others for failing to appear in court.

Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Satyanand Upadhyay issued the NBWs on Friday for the 27 people for failure to appear in the court in three cases pending against them, court sources said on Saturday.
He has fixed November 17 as the next date of hearing.
The cases pending against the Food and Civil Supplies Minister, his cousin Akshay Pratap and the others include land grabbing and other criminal offences.
