Nepalis bat for Krishna, Rajkumar
An association of Nepalese citizens has alleged that Krishna and Rajkumar, arrested by the CBI in connection with the Aarushi murder case, have been falsely implicated in the case.
Mool Pravah Akhil Bharat Nepali Ekta Samaj said it would galvanize support to raise the issued in Nepal’s parliament.
“While the CBI conducted narco analysis tests of Krishna and Rajkumar they did not conduct similar tests on Dr Rajesh Talwar,” said Girdharilal, president of the association. “CBI has implicated poor people who can not defend themselves to save the influential and rich people. We appeal the Indian government to ensure that injustice is not done,” he said.
Mohan, Krishna’s cousin, said he was sacked from his job and no reason was given.
Media siege outside Talwar’s house
Though Talwar has been released from jail he is under a virtual house arrest like situation due to a media siege around his house.
News television crews are stationed outside his in-law’s home making any movement impossible. His brother Dinesh Talwar has repeatedly requested the media to leave them alone. He had stated that his brother would come out of the trauma only once he starts his normal activities, which was not possible under media glare. “Media should allow him to lead a normal life,” said Dr VK Gupta, president, IMA, Noida.
