New Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar picks his top official team
Setting all speculations to rest, Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar finally chose his team of official aides on Thursday. Top on the list is a 1986 batch IAS officer Sanjeev Kaushal who will serve as principal secretary to the CM.
Setting all speculations to rest, Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar finally chose his team of official aides on Thursday. Top on the list is a 1986 batch IAS officer Sanjeev Kaushal who will serve as principal secretary to the chief minister (PSCM).

A 1990 batch woman IAS officer Sumita Misra Singh and 1997 batch IAS officer Rakesh Gupta would work as additional principal secretaries to Khattar.
The chief minister has also appointed BJP Kisan Morcha leader Jawahar Yadav as his officer on special duty (OSD). Kaushal,50, is known as a no-nonsense officer in the cadre.
He has worked as additional principal secretary to chief minister during the Indian National Lok Dal government,director public pelations, joint secretary, ministry of micro small and medium enterprises in Government of India, managing director of Haryana Power Generation Corporation Ltd, principal secretary, finance and planning and principal secretary public works department.
Sumita Misra Singh, 47, has earlier worked as administrator, Haryana Urban Development Authority, director agriculture, director women and child development, chief electoral officer, transport commissioner and managing director Haryana Tourism.
The third officer Rakesh Gupta,42, specialises in the health sector. He has worked as mission director, National Rural Health Mission and commissioner department of food and drug administration for long.
Gupta has also done Ph.D in health from John Hopkins University in the United States.
