The only stand-alone restaurant to serve exclusively Kerala food. Apart from the mandatory appam and stew, New Keraleeyam's Meen Moily (fish curry), priced at Rs 45, has a band of loyal followers who swear by it, though the fish at times can be a tad over-fried. The vegetarian thali is passable, but it's made memorable by the vermicelli payasam that comes with it. The restaurant could have done better had it been roomier and had more lighting. You may be better off ordering from the restaurant, if you're in the neighbourhood.
