But, flowers would be given only the first day. For employees reporting late the second day, verbal warning will be given followed by a written one on day three.

Finally, one casual leave will be deducted if a person reports late for four consecutive days, as per the direction issued by the Chief Minister.

To further embarrass habitual latecomers, Nishank has also instructed the heads of the departments to prepare a list of the officials reporting late and plaster it in front of their offices.
