Nithari killings: CBI officials' statements recorded

A CBI special court hearing the Nithari serial killings case on Friday recorded the statements of two CBI officials and the parent of one of the victims in connection with the murder case of Pinki Sarkar and Madhu.

A CBI special court hearing the Nithari serial killings case on Friday recorded the statements of two CBI officials and the parent of one of the victims in connection with the murder case of Pinki Sarkar and Madhu.

Assistant superintendent of police of CBI AG Kaul, Inspector (CBI) Kailash and father of one of the victims, Durga Prasad, gave their statements to the court.

On February 12, 2009 both the accused Moninder Singh Pandher and his domestic help Surender Koli were found guilty by a special sessions court here of the February 8, 2005 murder of Rimpa Haldar (14).
