The reservation policy has reached a point where it is creating class conflicts. It will create havoc in the long-run if the abilities of deserving candidates are discounted resulting in dissatisfaction on a large scale between the classes. Can we afford to divide a nation through such unhealthy discrimination? It is time to think of the consequences of prolonging reservations. It should be discontinued before it is too late.
