There will be no supply of electricity till 4 pm on Saturday in the entire state due to shut down of Doyang Hydro-electric power plant, Likimro hydel station in Nagaland and Power Grid 220 KV line from Mariani in Assam to Dimapur.

But this shut down will continue till 4 pm of April 12 (Sunday) in Dimapur area, Superintendent Engineer G Chishi informed in a release.

Asking the consumers to bear the inconvenience, the department said the decision was taken at a recent meeting of NE Region Power Committee at Shillong on technical ground.
