A police team during a search operation at Khaws in Budhal area recovered the IED yesterday, he said, adding that the IED was planted on the road.

In another operation, security forces and police recovered one binocular, one camera and few letter pads of Hizbul Mujaheedin outfit from a terrorist hideout in Wangon village in Banihal tehsil of Ramban district yesterday, the spokesman said.
