Pakistan on Monday sent relief assistance, including medicines for water-borne diseases and tents for the victims of the worst floods in Sri Lanka.
The relief assistance sent to Sri Lanka reflects the sentiments of sympathy and solidarity of the people of Pakistan with their Sri Lankan brethren, an official release said.
The recent floods in south Central Sri Lanka took toll of over 300 people, rendered several lakhs homeless and caused major infrastructure damage.
