Pakistani national sent back across LoC

A Pakistani national, who had inadvertently crossed over to the Indian side, was on Tuesday, repatriated through a Forward Defence Location (FDL) on the Indo-Pak border in Jammu and Kashmir, defence sources said.

Billoo, a resident of Kothi village in Chammb area of Pakistan, had inadvertently crossed into the Indian side along the LoC in Raja Post (Pallanwala) in Akhnoor sector in Jammu district on Monday, they said.

The 28-year-old Pakistani national was handed over to the Pak Army at a flag meeting at Pallanwala on the LoC in Jammu on Monday night after thorough interrogation, the sources said.

Nothing incriminating was found from his possession, they added.
