The Pakistani Taliban on Wednesday claimed responsibility for a suicide attack at a police station in Peshawar that killed two people, saying it was to avenge Osama bin Laden's death.

"We claim responsibility for the attack in Peshawar," Taliban spokesman Ehsanullah Ehsan told AFP by telephone from an undisclosed location.
