Despite being unceremoniously dropped as the suave super agent James Bond last year, actor Pierce Brosnan has revealed that he would jump at the chance of playing Bond once again if the chance arose.

Brosnan, who was said to be 'gutted' after movie bosses decided to replace him with British actor Daniel Craig for the upcoming movie 'Casino Royale', said that he would not pass up the opportunity if it came his way.

"If such a scenario arose I would jump at it," the Mirror quoted him, as saying.

Brosnan would not the first actor to be recalled to the Bond team. Sean Connery had earlier returned to play the secret agent after George Lazenby didn t click with movie audiences.

Meanwhile the Irish actor, who acted in four Bond movies, has admitted that he was hopeless when it came to delivering one-liners with the same panache as Sean Connery.

"I wasn't very good at them," he admits.
