Pilots? training concludes

AN IMPRESSIVE valedictory function was organised at Air Force School to mark the conclusion of the six-week rigorous training of Jaguar aircraft at Number 4 Technical Type Training School at Air Force Station where 10 Indian Air Force pilots completed their training.

It is to be noted that the training school in Gorakhpur is the nodal agency for conducting technical training for Indian Air Force pilots, aeronautical engineers, logisticians, technicians, HAL engineers, technicians of Jaguar aircraft.

Delivering the valedictory address to the guardian of number 35 Aircrew Officers Course, chief guest Air Commodore KG Kumar, Air Commanding Officer of the Air Force station advised the pass-outs to confidently take up the forthcoming flying training in fighter squadrons. He also said there was no end to learning and advised the students that they must strive to nurture and improve their professional knowledge. Earlier, commanding officer of the school wing Commander S Tandon welcomed the guests and said the school had put in its best efforts to deliver the fresh batch of pilots to Jaguar fleet.

Chief instructor Flight Lieutenant Rohin Sharma threw light on the course report and Air Commodore KG Kumar awarded trophies and certificates to Indian Air Force warriors passing out.
