PNB launches two new deposit schemes

Punjab National Bank has launched two new Deposit schemes-- FCNR Premium ltd Deposit scheme and NRIRupee Flexible Deposit scheme for the benefit of NRI customers.

Under the Premier linked Deposit scheme, NRIs will get better returns by taking benefit of forward premium, a bank
press release said. The scheme applies for Term Deposit accoutns with maturity period of One year and in currency viz
USD, Euro, GBP, CAD and AUD only.

NRE Rupee flexible deposit scheme provides flexiblity to the NRI customers by facilitating the partila withdrawl of the
principal amount in NRE FD without attracting the penalty on the remaining deposit.
