The application would be filed before a Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) in Margao town, they said.

Supreme Court today rejected the anticipatory bail plea of Pacheco, who has been booked by the Crime branch in connection with the death of his friend Nadia Torrado, 28, who died after allegedly consuming poison on May 30.

A case has been filed against Pacheco under sections 304 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) and 201 (causing disappearance of evidence of offence) of the IPC.

Pacheco who was grilled by Crime Branch on June 4 over Nadia's death has been missing since June 5, when he was summoned again.

His anticipatory bail petitions have been dismissed by the Sessions court, Panaji bench of Bombay High Court and the Apex Court.
