Portuguese midfielder Rui Costa said on Saturday he is set to end his international career after Sunday's Euro 2004 final against Greece.
Speaking at the Portuguese training camp south of Lisbon the 32-year-old AC Milan star said he believed it was time to move on.
The former Benfica and Fiorentina player scored Portugal's second goal in the quarter-final win over England, driving home brilliantly in extra time, though he was to miss his penalty in the ensuing spotkick shootout.
Portugal coach Luiz Felipe Scolari has used the veteran of 93 international appearances sparingly at the finals, with an embarrassment of midfield riches at his disposal.
