Pranab too old for the job

Pranab is very aged and cannot improvise any new or dynamic foreign policy. We need now a more aggressive foreign policy for us to be taken seriously by the world. Time has come to request persons in political life to retire after 60-65 years as thereafter their health will be suspect. Is the membership in cabinet an assurance policy for better medical treatment? Why not make use of recently retired IFS officers than these oldies?
