"The issue of price rise, internal security and Naxal problems, among other things, will be discussed at the party's three-day long national council meet," party general secretary and Madhya Pradesh in-charge Ananth Kumar said.

He said issues related to neighbouring countries --Pakistan and China would also be taken up for deliberation.

The blueprint of programmes for uplift of poor will be prepared at the meeting which will be attended by around 5,000 delegates.

Meanwhile, when asked if the Ram Temple issue will be discussed at the meeting to be held in around 1,000 tents spread over 50 acres at Kushabhau Thakre Township, BJP Vice President Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said, "all the major issues of country will be discussed."

"The construction of Ram Temple is a national issue and not a political thing for us," BJP secretary Prabhat Jha said.

"If the Congress doesn't want to build a Ram Temple at Ayodhaya it should clarify its stand on what it wants to construct instead of it?," he added.
