"Development of sports infrastructure is a priority for the state government," he said.
He said that various stadiums and playgrounds had been developed on modern lines for providing better facilities to the youth. Twenty-one teams from within and outside the state are participating in the tournament. The inaugural match was played between Young Sports Football Club and Sainik Colony Football Club.
