Property worth several lakhs was destroyed in a fire that broke out in an iron and steel factory in Kanpur.
The fire broke out on Sunday night at a paint factory godown in the Panki industrial area late on Sunday night, fire Department sources said on Monday.
The cause of the blaze and the exact amount of loss is being investigated, they said.
