Deepak, a resident of Vaishali district of Bihar, was nabbed from near Rajdhani College last week during a routine checking by the Delhi Police.

Police also seized 40 kgs Ganja from his possession. Deepak, in Army fatigue, was travelling in a bus and had refused to open the iron box he was carrying for checking, raising suspicion, which led to his arrest. On his interrogation, he confessed to his involvement in the massacre on New Year's Day.

A woman along with her five children was burnt alive for refusing to withdraw a theft case against three persons in Raghopur, the constituency of former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi.
