He expressed his displeasure over the campaign of railway officials to tear the banners and posters of the employees union pasted on the walls of railway office.
Terming its attitude as dictatorship, he said the railway employees would stage a massive rally at chief commercial manage office on October 5 and railway officials would have to face the fury of the employees.
Talking to mediapersons, Dubey said that repeated incident of harassment of TTE by chief commercial officer was not tolerable.
He said it was unfortunate that instead of adopting the democratic way to negotiate on this issue and to resolve the problems of TTE, the railway officials were trying to suppress voice of running staff of the railway.
He said they tore the banners after employees’ union had added more fuel to the fire and appealed the employees to maintain solidatory to give a befitting reply to the railway officers.
Dubey also condemned the other railway employees’ organisation for their mysterious silence over the harassment of TTE and said that even after 59 year of independence, the running staff in NER Gorakhpur was working in pathetic conditions.
He demanded that harassment of the employees by setting up a target to increase the revenue should be stopped and the employees in different grades should work in their capacity.
Responding to a question, he said that dharna and demonstration at CCM office would start at 1 pm on October 5 and they would hand over a memorandum to the GM NER demanding to check the harassment of TTE.
