Rajnikant unavailable for campaigning

Rajnikant fan's association ruled out personal campaigning by the super star except playing audio tapes of Rajnikant's press conference.

Rajnikant fans association tonight ruled out personal campaigning by Tamil Super star Rajnikant but it would play the audio tapes of Rajnikant's press conference in all the six constituencies where PMK was contesting.

The association General Secretary K Satyanarayana in a statement said Rajnikant's message to defeat PMK nominees had not percolated to the people particularly among the women folk.

Condemning the PMK men's action to prevent the staging of Rajnkiant's movie 'Basha' at a cinema theatre in Cheyyar in Tiruvannamali district, Satyanarayana said even PMK men had condemned the action.

Stating that Rajnikant would be busy in his next venture, Satyanarayana asked PMK not to disturb his film schedule.

Rajnikant in a press conference at Chennai on April 11 had asked his fans to work for the defeat of the PMK in the six constituencies where it was contesting.
