Two cases were registered against a real estate company on May 8, police said.

The case was registered on the complaint of one Sunita Saluja of Sector 17, Faridabad, who claimed she booked a flat in Greater Faridabad and deposited Rs 2,55,000 in October 2006 with the firm.

“Neither she was delivered flat nor the money,” police said, adding, ‘on the instructions of Police Commissioner, Faridabad, a case was registered against the company on May 8’. A similar case was booked against another company.
