Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group company, Reliance Energy Ltd today said it will consider its financial results for the first quarter of 2006-07 on July 19.
The board of directors would consider the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30 at the meeting to be held on July 19, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Shares of Reliance Energy were trading at Rs 446, down 1.75 per cent at the BSE.
